[edit] Prerequisites
First, make sure you have the latest SourceMod and the latest Metamod:Source installed unless stated otherwise. For information on this, please go to their website: http://sourcemod.net/
SDK Hooks is also required.
Download: [1]
Download the version which your game is listed/is under.

Visit http://war3source.com/index.php?board=9.0
Here you can download the latest release.

Follow the instructions provided in the download installation.txt file.

[edit] Is it working?
To check if you installed War3Source properly, start the server and type "sm plugins list" without the quotes. You should see something like this near the bottom of the list:
